A. McGuckin and James D. Mackenzie were present for these sessions.

Your committee this week presented a “Comprehensive Proposal of Settlement” to the carrier.

Discussions centered around this proposal as well as the issue of subcontracting Cargo work

covered under the Customer Service Agreement and the Sales Support and Groups departments

in the Reservations Agreement.

Negotiations will resume next week. The results of these meetings will be reported to you upon

conclusion of these sessions.
