IAMAW Local Lodge 2202 will be holding Nominations for Delegates for the Alaska COPS & RSSA Contract Proposal Conference on September 15, 2009, followed by an election, **IF NEEDED**, on October 20, 2009.

At the first scheduled meeting in September, nominations will be accepted for the following positions:

Alaska COPS Contract Proposal Conference Delegates:

• SEA -- 7 delegates
• BOI -- 2 delegates
• GST  -- 1 delegate
• JNU -- 1 delegate
• KNT -- 3 delegates
• KTN -- 1 delegate
• PSG -- 1 delegate
• SIT -- 1 delegate
• WRG -- 1 delegate
• YAK -- 1 delegate

Alaska RSSA Contract Proposal Conference Delegates:

• SEA -- 1 delegate
• JNU -- 1 delegate
• KTN -- 1 delegate
• SIT -- 1 delegate
• YAK -- 1 delegate

**Should no one (1) member qualify as a delegate from a location (as noted under Article IV Section 1 of the Local Lodge Bylaws), ALL members from that location shall be deemed qualified for nomination and election from that location.**
