IAM National Pension Fund Annual Statement

A meeting was held last week with US Airways pension benefit representatives, representatives from the IAM National Pension Fund (IAM NPF) and District 142 General Chairman.

At this meeting discrepancies were discovered in the information the company provided to the IAM NPF. The company I.T. department and the I.T. department from the IAM NPF are in the process of correcting these discrepancies.

If you check the IAM National Pension Fund web site you will see your vested years of service are correct. Your hours of credited service per month are probably incorrect on the Annual Statement and on the web site. The vested years of service have been corrected on the web site and they are waiting for the company to correct your credited hours which will then be entered on the web site. This should be accomplished in a few weeks and a new corrected Annual Statement will be mailed out to each member.
