Tentative Agreement Reached

On August 27, 2009 a tentative agreement was reached between the parties. A complete package containing all changes has been sent today August 31, 2009 to each steward for duplication and dissemination. The new agreement is four years in duration expiring September 30, 2011. Some of the highlights are as follows: 2% pay increase fully retroactive from October 1, 2007 2% pay increase effective April 1, 2011 Increased contribution to the IAM National Pension Plan effective date of ratification Enhanced severance payments Provides ability to bank unused vacation and personal days
