As you are aware the ratification scheduled to commence September 8, 2009 was postponed.

The postponement was a result of a complaint filed regarding the exercise of seniority in connection with the tentative agreement. The investigation of this complaint is ongoing.

While this delay obviously creates concerns for the membership, be assured that all parties are working to bring this matter to an appropriate and proper conclusion.
